I have ESXi 4.1.0 running, only after changing ip settings once i don't get a connection to the host anymore. Only a full reboot get accesss to the host for about 10 minutes, then it is lost again, although ESXi console says all is ok.
But local console could not even ping its own ip address.
And to restart management network, commands with vpxa are NOT found!
/etc/init.d/vpxa restart
Note: In ESXi 4.x, run this command to restart the vpxa agent:
/etc/opt/init.d/vmware-vpxa restart
but the following command:
find | grep vpxa
returns noting found!
