Known issue:
After update to TorRouter v19.07.4 it could be that the router returns in German language.
This because German is added into the main code.
You can add luci-i18n-base-en within software (see Manual to add a DNS before software can de added), which mainly will change back to English.
Or use a translater in your browser, or go back to v19.07.1 code.
Other missing English luci libraries are:
Next TorRouter firmware levels will have both English and German base codes.
