Security changed with Java 7 update 51

With this update Java changed it' s security settings (Control panel / Java / Security).
I also faced some Webmin pages (/file) not working due to updated Java to J7u51.

Example of my failure:


Change the settings (or add sites to go around this check) in the mentioned Control panel / Java / Security
