Weck pan repair

Fixed an issue, light is on but the electric cooking pan does not heat up.
The thermo-protector KSD301G 190 degrees seems defect as in cold situation it does not connect.
Replaced with a thermo-protector which I bought earlier to fix a rise-cooker.
